Transparency
We publish a running account of the funds we raise here: where they come from, what category they fund, and what we spent them on. These figures are maintained manually and are unaudited. Updated as funds move.
Contributions are directed toward three things.
- Travel to investor meetings and AI conferences
- Cloud infrastructure for training and evaluation
- Technology access for first-generation students near Jurupa Valley and Montclair
Truth Computing Incorporated is not a tax-exempt charitable organization; contributions are not tax-deductible. Contributions are received through GoFundMe and, after the platform’s processing fees, we intend to apply them to the categories above. Allocations are targets and may change. We log contributions on this page; entries are maintained manually and are unaudited.
Fund Summary
How We Intend To Allocate Funds (Target, Subject To Change)
Flights, lodging, and ground transport for investor meetings, AI conferences, and partnership development. Showing up in person is how early-stage companies get built.
Cloud compute, training runs, and evaluation harnesses. Validating AI reasoning at the frontier requires real infrastructure. We intend contributions to help fund it.
Formation & Certification Costs
Truth Computing Incorporated is incorporated as a Delaware C-Corporation; that step is complete. We list our formation and certification costs here, sourced from each provider's public pricing, so that anyone considering supporting us can see what they are funding. Figures for items not yet completed are estimates as of June 2026 and may change. We are still evaluating which certification path, B Corp or nonprofit status, best fits our mission; both are shown below.

Our commitment to you
Our intent is simple. At this stage we do not expect to draw salaries from contributions, and our plan is to apply funds to the categories described above: getting us in the room with the right people, building the systems that prove our work, and technology access for students, rather than to overhead or unexplained transfers. Circumstances can change, and if our plans change we will say so here. We intend to update this page as funds are used. If you ever have a question about a specific transaction, email us directly.
